It's par for the course... hearing colleagues discuss their entrepreneurial ventures... only thing in my mind are leisure activities. I am the proverbial grasshopper.

Update: Post seemed too short. I am nearly done with the 365 group in Flickr. I have decided to continue it in 2010. All this talk about websites has motivated me to contemplate the idea of doing something with my blog. I could blame Facebook and Twitter for my lack of posts here, but really, I am just lazy.

I am heading to Palma de Mallorca, España on the 23rd.

I am trying to figure out how I can take notes. Store notes in a system that is easily used as reference material, review material, and search-able depository. It cannot be restricted by the physical bindings of a notebook. If a computer application, must be usable cross-platform. Fast, small footprint, and versatile as a piece of paper. Once adopted, must be flexible enough for revisions.

Farmers Market

This year, Nohemi and I finally made it a habit to buy some of our food form the farmers market. The vegetables last a lot longer than grocery store bought veggies. It goes to show how old and not-so-fresh the produce that we buy are at WalMarts & Meijers. I am glad that we finally did go after talking about going years ago. We're both looking forward to making this a bigger part of our diets. It reminds me of when I used to go to the market in Iloilo with my mom.

I just finished checking out from Buy.com buying 6 six fott HDMI cables for the LCD TVs that Nohemi got us.

Pretty quiet at work today. The chiefs are out on a pow wow.

I always feel bad about neglecting this blog. But the guilt only lasts the moment. After that, it's back to Mafia Wars & Naruto Shippuuden at Facebook & the occasional twit.

We drove to see Portal Vells and El Mago (nude beach) this afternoon. Around the Portal Vells area, we walked in on a couple doing it in public. Not that it was too public because it was a fairly secluded place. They weren't bothered by our presence. More like annoyed by the interruption.

We had doner kebabs for lunch today. I've been dreaming of it since Christmas. They're the yummy. It's a Turkish version of the gyro but better because you can put hot sauce on it.

It has been half a week since we've arrived in Mallorca. Last night, we watched a musical, Hoy No Me Puedo Levantar. At San Agustin today. We tried out the camera underwater. It worked well. We had arroz a la cubana for lunch and cocarroi for dinner. Played 6 man Parcheesi which lasted an hour and a half. Busy, busy day. :)

... but I feel overwhelmed with things that I need to do but haven't done. Eventhough, it is just a bunch of little things. I just feel like things are slipping through the cracks and aren't addressed. I just have poor prioritization skills. It seems fun always comes on top over everything.

I have way too many mediums to post my thoughts online. That's not including viJournal that I use on my computer. Nor the actual journals that I physically write in. I post on my Blogger, Twitter, Facebook, MySpace & Friendster. I have a dead journal in LiveJournal and a couple of dead ones when I used WordPress. There is only so much one can talk about when is as uninteresting as me. I need to consolidate. But which one should I use? Maybe in small amounts I might exude a little bit of interestingness.

Did I mention the 365 day group that I joined in Flickr? You post a self portrait once a day for a year. In the attempt to make more interesting self portraits (not really self portrait because mostly Nohemi takes the pictures) I have made a lot of gaps in my "daily" uploads.

What's the point of this post? No point. You're lucky to get anything at all.

Saturday afternoon, Dan and Krystal got married. They held the ceremony at Brook Lodge Resort in Augusta, MI. The Michigan weather god was kind to Dan and Krystal. He sure made them sweat with the early morning rain but the afternoon was good enough to hold the ceremony outdoors. The whole thing was executed beautifully.
